About The Position

The Sales Associate assists customers throughout the retail store, with a primary focus on providing excellent customer service. Duties may include greeting customers, cashier responsibilities, answering product-related questions, product assembly, general housekeeping, and other tasks assigned by the manager. The role requires extensive knowledge and understanding of clothing and accessories. The position requires availability to work days, nights, and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with customer service questions.
• Price merchandise and make price changes as requested by store management.
• Stock and face merchandise on shelves as requested by store management.
• Assist with receiving freight and organize incoming products as directed by store management.
• Assist with cycle counts.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
• Handle customer transactions using the KCX cash register system.
• Handle cash accurately.
• Handle customer returns.
• Perform cashier duties, answer product-related questions, assist with product assembly, and perform general housekeeping as needed.
