We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience (fashion preferred)
- Strong passion for men's style and current trends
- Proven ability to sell, upsell, and close sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working weekends and peak retail hours
- Experience with or interest in social media and brand engagement

Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, high-touch customer experience
- Style clients for everyday wear, events, and special occasions
- Drive sales through upselling and personalized recommendations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Stay up to date on men's fashion trends, brands, and styling techniques
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation
- Support and contribute to social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
