About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at the Pandora @ Dolphin Mall location. The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. This role is designed to fit your lifestyle, requiring you to support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences during peak hours, which include evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods. You will share product knowledge, inspire customers to style their jewellery, and uphold merchandising and retail operational standards. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, with hours varying from approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to 12 hours per week during peak seasons. This position also requires the completion of an assessment upon application submittal.

Requirements
