About The Position

Chico’s seeks a Sales Associate to help create a welcoming, customer-centered store environment rooted in hospitality. The associate builds genuine connections with customers, shares product knowledge, and provides personalized service while supporting store performance and presentation. The position is temporary and part-time at the Chico’s store in Barton Creek Square, Austin, Texas.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; must be at least 18 years old in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

• Use available tools to create a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.

• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Support a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
