About The Position

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking an outgoing, sales-driven Sales Associate to help grow the studio and deliver exceptional member experiences. The role welcomes first-time guests, builds relationships, converts guests into members, drives retail sales, and supports a positive, energetic studio environment. The associate also helps with studio operations, community engagement, and maintaining an inviting retail boutique. The position offers flexible scheduling in a team-oriented environment. Compensation is $14.00–$16.00 per hour. Requirements

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
Confidence overcoming objections and closing sales.
Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
Genuine passion for fitness, health, and helping others reach their goals.
Goal-oriented, reliable, accountable, and self-driven, with professional maturity and initiative.
Strong organizational skills and comfort using computers and studio booking software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, build relationships, and create a positive, high-energy studio environment.
Manage the first-time guest experience, understand fitness goals, recommend suitable memberships, and close sales.
Recommend apparel, grip socks, and accessories while working toward individual and team sales goals.
Manage check-ins, class bookings, account updates, and accurate sales logs in studio software.
Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming studio and well-merchandised retail boutique.
Support studio events, promotional campaigns, referral programs, and local member engagement.
