About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate for its BOSS Outlet in Woodbury. The role represents the brand by providing an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate uses communication and relationship-selling skills to serve customers, drive sales, build a client base, and help solve problems. The role also supports store management by following standard operating procedures and policies, participating in community and public relations opportunities, and helping implement health and safety practices in accordance with local regulations and HUGO BOSS standards.

Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

BS college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities
