About The Position

The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora is responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and finding engaging ways to attract customers. The role focuses on sharing product knowledge, inspiring customers to style jewellery, and helping them express their personal stories through Pandora products.

This flexible, part-time position provides coverage when the store needs it most, including peak hours, special events, and other high-traffic periods. Schedules vary according to business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by greater availability during peak seasons. Hours may range from four hours per month in slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.

The position is based at Pandora at 517 Pine Street. The posted Washington pay range is $21.30 to $24.65 per hour, commensurate with experience. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that demonstrate care.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage an audience.
• Be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
• Availability ranging from four hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
