Full-Time Sales Associate W/Keys
About The Position
The Sales Associate with Keys assists with receiving, stocking, and pricing merchandise while maintaining clean, orderly merchandise displays and overall store cleanliness. In the absence of the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Floor Supervisor, this role is responsible for directing store associates and coordinating store operations. The position includes customer service, store operations, inventory and merchandising, and leadership responsibilities. The associate is expected to incorporate Ace Retail Group’s Core Values—Winning, Excellence, Love, Integrity, Gratitude, Humility, and Teamwork—into daily decisions and interactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and climb.
- Ability to incorporate ARG’s Core Values into daily decisions and interactions.

- Formal retail experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Represent ARG positively and provide friendly, customized customer service throughout the store.
- Greet customers, assist them with product questions and problems, and thank them when they leave.
- Answer pages and calls promptly and courteously; manage customer complaints and refer unresolved issues to management.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and familiarity with store layout and product locations.
- Assist with receiving, checking in, stocking, pricing, and maintaining back stock of merchandise.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the sales floor, stockroom, outdoor merchandise area, end caps, and promotional displays.
- Assist with merchandise resets, price changes, special orders, and keeping store signage current.
- Support loss prevention, safety, internal audits, and safe, efficient forklift and receiving operations.
- Help ensure cycle counts and negative-on-hand reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with store management on operations and communicate operational, merchandising, cost-control, and sales ideas to management.
- Participate in store meetings and maintain professional appearance and conduct.
- In the absence of the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Floor Supervisor, manage store operations, direct associates, lead by example, and assist with associate training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
