About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be a welcoming presence in a customer-centered environment that reflects Chico’s culture of hospitality. You’ll work with a team to build genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. The role also supports store performance and operations through omnichannel tools, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and maintaining an inspiring, organized sales floor.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
