Part Time Sales Associate - Shops at Merrick Park
About The Position
The Sales Associate works on the frontlines to ensure every customer has a positive and comfortable experience. As an ambassador for Rhone, the associate represents the company’s values of being Gritty, Responsible, Excellent, Authentic, and Team Centered. The role is suited to someone passionate about fitness and healthy living. The associate delivers customer-first, omni-channel service; builds relationships; shares product knowledge and recommendations; and supports selling-floor and operational activities. The position is part-time at Shops at Merrick Park in Coral Gables, Florida, reports to the Store Manager, and pays $16–$22 per hour.
Requirements

- Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

- Ability and desire to work in a tight-knit team environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to work a minimum of two 4-hour shifts weekly.
- Ability to adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds, climb ladders, move around regularly, and stand for extended periods.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset.
- Build relationships with customers, team members, and business partners.
- Develop and share Rhone product knowledge, including product features and benefits.
- Assess customers’ individual needs and provide product recommendations.
- Support all areas of the selling floor, including fitting rooms and point of sale.
- Assist with replenishment, visual standards, and other operational tasks.
- Take initiative by helping with tasks, asking questions, and sharing ideas.
- Demonstrate inclusive behavior with team members and customers.
