About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to help deliver an exceptional customer experience and support store operations and sales goals. The role involves assisting customers with eyewear selection, dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses and providing lens training where permitted by state law, and educating customers about eyewear and contact lens care. The Sales Associate also maintains customer and patient records, communicates order status, answers phone calls, maintains store cleanliness and visual merchandising, and supports inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary to comply with state licensing or credential requirements. The store is closed on Sundays.

Requirements

Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training, as permitted by state law.
Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
