Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers
- Build value around products and service packages
- Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions
- Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
- Execute proven sales closing techniques
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Achieve high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
