About The Position
Psycho Bunny is a premium clothing brand known for its vibrant style and distinctive logo. With over 200 points of sale globally, the company is expanding and seeking to redefine bold standards in retail. The Sales Associate will report to the Store Manager and is responsible for ensuring a consistently high customer experience in line with Psycho Bunny's core values and service standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
- Protect store assets and inventory by being aware of loss prevention procedures and reporting any violations to a supervisor.
- Employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales.
- Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customers' phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
- Assist with all other duties as required by store management.
