Our location has been servicing Ford customers for over 40 years making it a prime location for repeat business with a growing customer base. Requirements

Self-starter and ambitious spirit preferred
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be reliable, organized and detail oriented
A tenacity for learning and eagerness to improve
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Military experience welcomed but not necessary
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Nurture enduring relationships to build customers for life.
Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
Know the in's and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
Follow-up with customers to ensure successful referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities and analyses.
Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
