Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
  • Build strong relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Present vehicle features, options, and benefits.
  • Follow up with customers by phone, email, text, and CRM.
  • Work with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Deliver a positive and professional buying experience.
  • Continue learning through dealership training and Go Auto University.
