About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects Chico’s culture of hospitality. You’ll work as part of a team to build genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. The role also contributes to store performance and a positive, collaborative work environment.

• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

• Use available tools to create a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.

• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Support a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
