About The Position

The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s District at Green Valley Ranch store helps deliver a world-class customer experience, exceed sales goals, and engage customers during peak business periods. The role involves sharing product knowledge, inspiring customers to style jewellery, building genuine connections and brand loyalty, and supporting store operations. Scheduling varies with business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, with increased availability during peak times such as evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches. Hours may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with availability during peak periods.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
• Ability to work variable hours, ranging from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
