About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident and effortless style. The Sales Associate provides a great in-store shopping experience for retail customers and assists with additional store tasks such as stocking, cleaning and folding merchandise. The role includes maintaining safe, organized store areas, supporting product launches, processing customer transactions, resolving service issues and promoting credit and loyalty programs. The position is at the Great Mall store.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant job experience; the posting lists 0–2 years.
• Proficiency with technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the position’s physical requirements.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room and stock room so the store is safe and inviting to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine appropriate resolutions or escalate them, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Explain the benefits of credit and loyalty member programs and encourage customers to participate.
• Complete other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning and folding merchandise.
