About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Soma, you are a welcoming presence in a customer-centered environment shaped by the brand’s culture of hospitality. You help customers feel empowered by building genuine connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service. You also support store performance and operations by meeting personal goals, helping maintain merchandise and inventory, and contributing to a visually inspiring store and collaborative team environment.

This is a regular, part-time position at the Natick Collection Soma store in Natick, Massachusetts. The listed pay range is $15.00–$18.75 per hour. Benefits are subject to employment type, role, and eligibility requirements.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; move around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
