About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are an Ann Taylor brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journey through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain a beautiful, organized sales floor with merchandise in its proper place and collaborate with your team to deliver personalized customer experiences and support an inviting store environment.

The role includes helping customers find products and styling options, building brand loyalty through personalized service, maintaining visual and operational standards, using available technology to support a seamless omnichannel shopping experience, and partnering with store leaders and teammates to meet goals and expectations.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
