About The Position
Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide an authentic, energetic customer experience and help customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, understand their needs, and recommend eyewear that suits customers’ lifestyles and preferences. Associates work toward sales targets, collaborate with colleagues and leadership, and help maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store. The role also involves creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and colleagues. Retail or customer-service experience is a plus, while enthusiasm for helping people is emphasized. Candidates should be able to communicate with customers, use technology and handle transactions accurately, show interest in eyewear and fashion, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals are provided. This is a seasonal/temporary position. The listed pay range is $16.90–$20.68. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
Requirements
