HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate for its BOSS Outlet at Philly Mills. The role conveys a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering exceptional shopping experiences, showcasing the brand through merchandise presentations, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The associate works with customers and the merchant group, builds client relationships, supports store operations and health and safety practices, and helps connect the store with its community.

Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Responsibilities
