Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ year of sales or account support experience preferred
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and organization
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and serve as a key contact
- Coordinate purchase orders and track deliveries
- Support market appointments and showroom setup
- Schedule meetings and handle sample requests
- Track sales activity and identify growth opportunities
- Assist sales team with admin and reporting
- Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations
