Reporting to the Store Manager, as a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer shopping experience and building meaningful customer relationships.

Requirements

Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
Passion for fashion, retail, and creating great customer experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder and to move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by following our customer service program
Meet or exceed daily personal sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Promote the brand through strong product knowledge and by representing company values.
Build customer loyalty by introducing and encouraging enrollment in our loyalty program.
Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
Maintain visual merchandising standards, including store layouts, housekeeping, and visual displays.
Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and appealing.
Support coworkers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
Follow all company directives, initiatives, and loss prevention procedures.
Communicate openly, respectfully, and courteously with store team and customers.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and values-driven work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store success.
