About The Position

At Goodmans, we’re looking for a proactive, solutions-oriented Sales Associate to support our Service Department—someone who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering exceptional outcomes. In this role, you’ll guide service-related projects from opportunity through completion, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate repairs, resolve issues, and keep projects moving efficiently. We believe great results come from thoughtful, structured problem-solving. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of contract furniture products and specifications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A detail-oriented, organized, and solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a key point of coordination for service projects from start to finish
  • Preparing accurate quotes, proposals, and pricing while supporting negotiations
  • Managing change orders, punch lists, product returns, and credit memos
  • Communicating project updates clearly with clients and internal teams
  • Delivering timely, high-quality responses that exceed customer expectations
  • Helping us win and retain customers through strong service and smart solutions
  • Reducing project issues and punch list items
  • Contributing to consistent, efficient processes
  • Building strong, respectful relationships across teams
