Requirements
- 2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

- College degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Use effective communication to provide exceptional customer service, support the merchant group, and solve problems.
- Achieve personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base, and providing exemplary customer service.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, product lines, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
- Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently and maintain proper cash and media accountability at POS registers.
- Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
- Follow and execute company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
