About The Position

As a Sales Associate at America's Best, part of National Vision, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will assist customers in choosing eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law; and educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care. You will also maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming calls, keep the store clean and organized and merchandise it to brand standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention. Other duties may be assigned. Responsibilities and work practices may vary to comply with state licensing and credential requirements.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
