About The Position
Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and sell premium mattress and bedding products. Associates use the company's established selling process and bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system, which uses 18 measurements and personalized recommendations to help customers find suitable sleep products. The role focuses on creating a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience and helping customers improve their lives through sleep solutions. The position is part of a team-oriented retail environment with paid training and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Motivation and a results-oriented approach to retail sales and customer satisfaction.
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
- Team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish or other languages.
- Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
Responsibilities
- Sell premium mattress and bedding products using the company's selling process and bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system.
- Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience focused on their needs and sleep solutions.
- Use tablets, mobile point-of-sale (POS) technology, and the bedMATCH® system.
- Reset the showroom floor.
- Assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
