About The Position

Tory Burch is seeking a Sales Associate to help deliver a transformational client experience, build the brand one customer at a time, and drive business through sales. The role focuses on creating customer experiences through selling skills and extensive product knowledge, building and maintaining customer relationships, and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle. Sales Associates also follow sales and operational policies and procedures and contribute to a collaborative retail team. The position requires flexible availability to meet business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts, and the ability to perform physical activities such as lifting and standing for extended periods.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to service, curiosity and interest in people, authenticity, fashion and style sensibility, and exceptional selling skills.
• Resourcefulness, collaboration, teamwork, awareness of visual and operational aspects of the role, and commitment to loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
• Create a memorable customer experience using selling skills and extensive product knowledge.

• Follow and maintain sales and operational policies and procedures.
• Support loss prevention and contribute to visual and operational aspects of the role.
• Collaborate with the retail team to deliver excellent customer service and retail experiences.
