About The Position

ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, personable, sales-oriented Sales Associates to provide customer service and recommend financial products and services. The role combines hourly pay with bonus incentives and offers the opportunity to contribute to store performance while building lasting customer relationships. Associates work independently while collaborating with their team and are encouraged to develop their skills and advance their careers.

Services handled may vary by store and can include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill payment, and card services. Travel is primarily local and may involve visiting more than one store in a day when necessary. The position requires the ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers.
• Ability to understand ACE’s range of financial products and services.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently while embracing accountability for store performance.
• Ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods; sitting, walking, reaching, stooping, and bending; verbal communication and active listening; clear close and distant vision with focus adjustment; and occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of retail experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Spanish is welcomed in most markets.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services.
• Communicate effectively with customers, empathize with their challenges, and build trust.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster lasting customer relationships.
• Handle services that may vary by store, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality and comply with industry regulations and safety guidelines.
• Take accountability for overall store performance and work independently while contributing to the team.
