This role focuses on creating a fun and energetic environment for fans and teammates, delivering a world-class customer experience through the "Star Service" model. The associate will proactively educate themselves on product knowledge and merchandise campaigns, uphold visual merchandising standards, and maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting room to ensure a safe environment. The position also involves engaging in a selling culture focused on customer needs and relationship building, advising, upselling, and influencing purchases to maximize sales. The associate will contribute to meeting store KPIs individually and as a team, and promote Dallas Cowboys United Membership packs. Operational excellence includes following company policies and procedures with integrity, maintaining an inviting shopping atmosphere, protecting assets through proactive customer engagement, proper merchandise check-in, and accurate cash handling.
