About The Position

As an Oakley Sales Associate, you’ll help deliver exceptional customer experiences by meeting sales goals and offering personalized eyewear and apparel solutions. You’ll connect with customers, recommend products suited to their needs and preferences, and help them improve their performance. The role includes hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals, teammates, and store leadership. You’ll also help maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store and foster an inclusive, respectful atmosphere for customers and colleagues.
