About The Position
As a Shoe Sales Associate at Von Maur, you represent the company and contribute to its reputation for customer service. You help customers have a positive shopping experience by building relationships, developing product knowledge, and meeting their needs. The role includes assisting with shoe sizing and fitting, processing sales, and maintaining the sales department and stock room.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers sincerely, be friendly, and thank each customer.
- Develop customer relationships to grow sales.
- Achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Share product knowledge and information about store services.
- Process POS transactions and enter account information.
- Assist customers with shoe sizing, fitting, and trying on shoes.
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean department and shoe stock room.
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
