About The Position
StretchLab Spartanburg is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to manage front desk and sales responsibilities. This role is ideal for individuals looking for meaningful engagement without it being their primary income, such as those who are newly retired, semi-retired, or have flexible schedules. StretchLab is the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, focused on helping clients feel better, move better, and live better. The Spartanburg team is small, tight-knit, and operates in a calm, welcoming, and fun atmosphere. The position offers flexible hours, with shift coverage planned in advance, and provides extra spending money, social activity, and a complimentary StretchLab membership.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check in clients.
- Guide prospective members through the sales process, including lead follow-up, consultations, and closing.
- Handle phone calls, texts, and outreach professionally.
- Book and confirm stretch sessions for clients.
- Assist in creating social media content.
- Present and sell merchandise.
- Represent the studio at occasional community events and health fairs.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the studio.
