D1 Training is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to drive growth, manage the sales floor, and contribute to their athletic-based training facility community. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a competitive, team-first environment and enjoy pursuing leads and closing deals. The facility is designed to help both youth and adult athletes succeed both in their athletic pursuits and in life.
Requirements
- High energy and a passion for closing deals.
- Ability to view objections as solvable puzzles.
- High energy throughout the day.
- Proactive in contacting leads, including making phone calls within 60 seconds of a sign-up and following up until a booking is made.
- Coachable and a team player.
- Ability to show up early and continuously learn.
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and performance goals.

Responsibilities
- Drive growth and own the sales floor.
- Pursue leads and close deals.
- Make high-volume outreach calls, texts, and emails to new leads to fill the pipeline.
- Greet prospects, tour them through the facility, discuss their goals, and prescribe D1 programs.
- Navigate financial and spousal objections.
- Track data accurately.
- Connect with local businesses for corporate partnerships.
