About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You’ll assist customers in selecting eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law; and educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care. The role also involves maintaining customer and patient records, communicating order status, answering phone calls, keeping the store clean and organized, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting inventory control and loss prevention. Other duties may be assigned. The store is closed every Sunday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.

• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
