About The Position

Flying Tiger Copenhagen is a Danish lifestyle retail chain that began in 1995 with a single store in Copenhagen. The brand has expanded to over 1,000 stores across 42 countries. Flying Tiger Copenhagen offers a wide array of products, primarily focusing on accessories and toys, all designed to bring a sense of fun and surprise to everyday life. The store layout is intentionally maze-like, encouraging customers to embark on a "treasure hunt" experience, with at least 300 new items introduced each month. Fox Group, a leading and fast-growing retailer with over 10,000 employees globally, is proud to partner with Flying Tiger Copenhagen to bring this unique shopping experience to Canada.

Requirements

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer engagement skills
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and performance metrics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to receive and apply feedback constructively
  • Basic familiarity with POS systems and retail tools is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a unique, fun, and engaging customer experience that reflects the spirit of Flying Tiger Copenhagen
  • Ensure customers are always the top priority, creating welcoming and interactive in-store moments
  • Engage with customers by sharing product knowledge and storytelling, helping them discover new and exciting items
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, promotions, and brand values
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals, contributing to overall store success
  • Work collaboratively with the team to build a positive and high-energy store environment
  • Support personal development by setting goals and actively seeking feedback
  • Assist with merchandising, floor sets, and visual updates, ensuring the store remains inspiring and well-presented
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
  • Support back-of-house tasks, including stock replenishment and organization
  • Maintain awareness of loss prevention and safety practices
  • Assist with general store upkeep to ensure a clean and organized environment
