About The Position

The Sales Associate promotes and sells merchandise displayed on the showroom floor and works directly with internal and external customers. The role requires reliability, dependability, and the ability to thrive on a sales floor. Further responsibilities and requirements will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay is $15 per hour during two weeks of training. After training, the associate receives $15 per hour or commission, whichever is greater, for the first 90 days. After 90 days, compensation becomes straight commission with no salary cap. The position requires availability to work weekends and varying shifts. The work environment is indoors and climate-controlled.

Requirements

• Be able to lift merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds as part of the selling process.

• Be available to work weekends and varying shifts.
