About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Newton Nissan South, you will play a key role in connecting with customers, understanding their automotive needs, and guiding them through the car-buying process. Your primary responsibility will be to provide an outstanding customer experience by offering expert product knowledge, conducting test drives, and assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years sales experience minimum.
  • Previous car sales preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Basic knowledge of automotive technology and features.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Build rapport and establish positive relationships to understand their preferences and needs.
  • Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies, features, and specifications. Effectively communicate the benefits of different models to customers.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery. Provide transparent and accurate information about pricing, financing options, and promotions.
  • Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance. Address customer inquiries and concerns during the test drive experience.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their budget and negotiate sales terms. Work closely with the sales manager to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork for vehicle purchases. Ensure accuracy and compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to provide updates on the status of their purchase, answer any post-sale inquiries, and foster long-term relationships.
