About The Position
The Sales Associate assists customers throughout the retail store, with a primary focus on providing excellent customer service. Duties include greeting customers, answering product-related questions, cashiering, assembling products, housekeeping, and other tasks assigned by the manager. The position works in a retail store environment that may involve cold and warm conditions and an irregular work schedule.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Frequent bending and twisting.

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with customer service questions.
- Price merchandise and make price changes as requested by store management.
- Stock and face merchandise on shelves as requested by store management.
- Assist with receiving freight and organizing incoming products as directed by store management.
- Assist with cycle counts.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
- Handle customer transactions using the KCX cash register system.
- Handle cash accurately.
- Handle customer returns.
- Perform housekeeping duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
