About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are an Ann Taylor brand ambassador who builds authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store beautiful by organizing merchandise and ensuring it is placed appropriately on the sales floor. You work with the team to deliver personalized customer experiences and help maintain an inviting sales-floor environment.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
