Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As a member of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, sharing product information, explaining service plans and financing options, and working toward sales goals. The role suits people who enjoy building lasting customer relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
