About The Position

Mattress Warehouse is growing and seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associates to assist in providing exceptional service to customers. As a leader in the Mattress industry for 30 years, Mattress Warehouse is a USA family-owned and operated company with over 520 store locations and growing. The Sales Associate will confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing a proven selling process and the cutting-edge bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Ability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
Ability to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
Experience with state-of-the-art technology including tablets and mobile point of sales (POS) systems.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in finding their perfect mattress using the bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system, which is based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations.
Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
Sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing a tried and proven selling process and the bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system.
Reset the showroom floor.
Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
