About The Position

Saatva is seeking Sleep Guides to work in its nationwide network of Viewing Rooms. Sleep Guides provide an immersive, elevated experience for customers, represent Saatva’s luxury brand, and build expert knowledge of its mattresses and bedding to help customers make informed decisions about sleep. They engage with customers and team members during scheduled shifts, deliver high-quality service in person and through phone and live chat, answer questions, and resolve issues. Regular attendance is expected, and the role requires availability to work weekends and major retail holidays.

Requirements

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills, with a commitment to high-quality work.
• Comfort using personal computers and related software, including navigating multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Positive attitude.
• Availability to work weekends and major retail holidays.
• Regular and timely attendance during scheduled shifts.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; the company is willing to train the right candidate.
• 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts.
• Communicate product benefits, answer customer questions, and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain timely and regular attendance during scheduled shifts.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Become a product expert to assist customers confidently.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic and complex issues via phone, live chat, and in-person interactions on the showroom floor.
