About The Position

Sales Associates contribute to Sunglass Hut’s success by creating an authentic, fun, and energetic customer experience while helping customers find premium-quality eyewear. The role involves meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, recommending eyewear based on individual needs and preferences, and providing attentive service. Associates receive hands-on training and work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership to support a positive store environment. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, while fostering inclusion and respect for customers and colleagues.

Requirements
