About The Position
HUGO BOSS is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for its BOSS Outlet in Woodbury. The role conveys a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, showcasing the brand through merchandise presentations, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The associate works with passion, ambition, and expertise to create excellent customer experiences and bring the company’s collections to customers. The position focuses on customer service and relationship selling, building a client base, product knowledge, sales transactions, merchandising, store upkeep, and adherence to company policies. The expected base pay rate is $19 per hour, with offers determined by relevant skills, training, experience, education, certifications, market factors, and organizational factors.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent and self-motivated, with attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, business support, and problem solving.
- Drive personal sales through relationship selling, building a client base, and exemplary customer service.
- Maintain awareness of product knowledge, product lines, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
- Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
- Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
- Follow and execute company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
