About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, recommend eyewear suited to customers’ needs and preferences, and contribute to a welcoming, organized store environment. Associates collaborate with colleagues and leadership, develop their skills through hands-on training, and help foster an inclusive and respectful experience for customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping others and creating great customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience and maintain accurate transactions.
• Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find a suitable look.
