About The Position

Chico’s is hiring a Sales Associate to help create a customer-centered store environment grounded in hospitality. The role focuses on building genuine connections with customers, sharing product knowledge, and delivering personalized service. The associate also supports store performance and operations through sales goal accountability, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and maintaining brand standards. This is a regular part-time position at Store 0572-Washington Square in Tigard, Oregon.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
