About The Position

As an Oakley Sales Associate, you will deliver customer experiences by meeting sales goals and providing personalized eyewear and apparel recommendations. You will connect with customers, help them find products that suit their needs, and offer eyewear guidance based on their lifestyles and preferences. The role includes learning through hands-on training, collaborating with colleagues and leadership, maintaining a welcoming and visually appealing store, and contributing to an inclusive and respectful environment. This is a seasonal/temporary position for an existing vacancy.
