About The Position
The Sales Associate guarantees a consistently high customer experience in the store by following Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards. The role reports to the Store Manager and supports sales, customer relationships, store presentation, transactions, order fulfillment, and inventory protection.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
- Naturally competitive, outgoing, and fun personality.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Learn and use computer systems to ring transactions and perform functions such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
- Protect store assets and inventory by following loss prevention procedures and reporting violations to a supervisor.
- Build authentic client relationships and long-term customer connections, with a focus on sales.
- Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer phone numbers and email addresses.
- Perform other duties as required by store management.
